I would like to share some great news - there was unanimous consent for re-launching Student Campaign for Burma at American University! Stay tuned because after going through the usual bureaucratic checklist, we'll be holding a General Interest meeting.
Membership is open to the entire AU community. We already have multiple events in the works including a collaboration with the SIS Undergraduate Student Council to support Scholarships for Burma.
The non-profit is run by Kirk Acevedo, an American University alumni, former Altbreaker, and the previous president of SCB at AU. Please watch the quick clip down below to find out more about this promising organization:
